I always make sure to visit the Imperial in Wisbech when I can. The decor has remained unchanged since my first visit in the 80s, which adds to its charm. The food is consistently excellent.

The couple who run this restaurant are fantastic and provide quick service with freshly cooked food! I believe it is the best chippy in Wisbech and one of the top chip shops I have ever been to.

The lovely people here serve good, honest food that I have enjoyed for as long as I can remember. If I lived closer, I would probably be either the size of a small blimp or constantly broke... 😂

I moved to Wisbech almost 10 years ago and a good friend recommended this place to me. I haven't ordered from anywhere else since then. The portions are always generous and reasonably priced compared to other Chinese takeaways in the area. I have never had any issues with this place since I moved here. The couple running the takeaway are exceptional - they offer the best prices, best food, and are the most pleasant couple I have ever met. If you ever need a takeaway, I highly recommend the Imperial.

I had to throw my food away because it was so disgusting. The chicken was like chewing on elastic bands with a sauce that was not very pleasant. My husband's food was also very salty.

The couple here are lovely and friendly, and the food is good. The English food is plentiful and the Chinese food is very good. I used to have a secret battered burger every time I went in, and it would always be waiting for me. I always wondered who would have that burger when I didn't go in!
